You can return or exchange a piece within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn and in its original packaging.

How to return

1. Contact support with your order number.
2. Send the piece back in its original packaging.
3. Once checked, we refund to the payment method you used.

For hygiene reasons earrings can only be returned if faulty.
